Who we are

Monday Metric is operated by Pratyutthan Service Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India with its registered office at C-12 Ballabhbari, Gumanpura, Kota, Rajasthan 324007. For any privacy question, contact support@mondaymetric.com.

What we collect

We keep data collection deliberately minimal. Depending on how you interact with us, we may hold:

• Details you send us directly — your name, email address, brand name, website and anything you write in an enquiry.
• Basic technical information your browser provides when it requests a page, such as IP address, browser type and referring page.
• Where you become a client, the advertising, analytics and commercial data required to deliver the engagement.

The contact form on this website does not store submissions on our servers. It opens your own email client with the details pre-filled, so the message reaches us as an ordinary email.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a growth audit.
• To deliver, report on and improve services you have engaged us for.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of processors to operate the business — including website hosting, email, and the advertising and analytics platforms on which client work is performed. These providers only receive what they need to perform their function.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client records are retained for as long as required by our contractual, tax and legal obligations.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@mondaymetric.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are in India you have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; if you are in the EU or UK, under the GDPR.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated and, where required, consent will be requested before any non-essential cookie is set.
