Agreement

These terms govern your use of mondaymetric.com, operated by Pratyutthan Service Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at C-12 Ballabhbari, Gumanpura, Kota, Rajasthan 324007. By using this website you agree to them.

Engagements

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to contract. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, term and notice. Where those documents conflict with this page, the signed agreement takes precedence.

Performance and results

The figures published in our case studies are platform-tracked revenue and return on ad spend for the stated reporting window, taken from the advertising accounts we managed and, where the brand shared RTO data, net of COD returns. Client names are withheld under confidentiality agreements. These figures describe what happened on those accounts. They are not a projection, a guarantee, or a promise of comparable results on any other account.

Advertising performance depends on factors outside our control — including product margin, offer, pricing, inventory, competitor behaviour, seasonality, platform policy and platform algorithm changes. We commit to method and effort, not to a specific financial outcome.

Client responsibilities

• Providing timely access to advertising, analytics and commerce platforms.
• Ensuring that products, claims and creative comply with applicable law and platform policy.
• Funding advertising spend directly with the platforms.
• Paying fees as invoiced, exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including copy, design, and the Monday Metric name and logo — is the property of Pratyutthan Service Private Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Confidentiality

Commercial information shared with us during an audit or engagement is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties except as required to deliver the work or by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pratyutthan Service Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost revenue, arising from use of this website or from any engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kota, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
